| Keywords | Enter all of the keywords you are looking
for separated by spaces. The search results will return all matches where
any of the keywords
are found For example, searching on symptom problem would return all pages where either of those words were found |
| Exact phrase | To search for an exact phrase, simply put quotes around the phrase, i.e. "necrotizing fasciitis". |
| Complex | Words and phrases can be combined by using AND, OR and NOT to
search for very specific content. For example, entering "necrotizing fasciitis" AND Symptom in the search box would return all pages that contain that phrase and the word symptom. The search engine readily handles more complex queries but they can get confusing for most people to enter. Usually a simple AND or OR will suffice. |
