These photos are from a victim
who had necrotizing fasciitis begin at the site of a small cut on her
right hand ring finger.
The ultimate damage
was the loss of most of the soft tissue on her right arm, loss of
most of the ring finger, and parts of the index and middle finger
on the right hand.
This is an example of the large
black, liquid filled blisters that are sometimes associated with NF.
The following
photos are of NF victim who had most of the soft skin taken from her
arm, as well as loss of fingers. The scarring is very mature at this
point (about 1 1/2 yrs. after incident)...
