April 29, 1947 - September 28, 2003

My name is Monica and I am from Peru. I would like to dedicate this memorial to the loving memory of the best Mother in the world, Orietta Helm. She was born on April 29, 1947, contracted the Fasciitis on May 6, 2003, and died on 28th of September 2003. After 5 months!!! The most incredible thing of all, it was all medical negligence. Can you believe this! Peruvian hospitals are the worst in the world, can you believe that doctors did not know what she had and let the bacteria continue until she got sepsis??? She died because of this and also because of the bad will of the nurses and personnel of the hospital. Well, what we can do...it is a 3rd world country. Regards, and all my love to all those who had relatives who suffer of this horrible disease.
